While importing the bacpac file into DEV exported from UAT using SqlPackage.exe, I got this error:
Error:
The source contains users that rely on an external authentication provider that is not supported by the target. These users will be treated as users without logins.
Solution:
You can download the .NET Core SQLPackage v18.4 to resolve this issue.
